A smaller more laid back resort in St. Lucia built on a botanical garden. This resort is very romantic and quiet, a great place to unwind and lose yourself in a book. The grounds are beautiful and large enough for you to find your own space, but small enough to have everything at your fingertips. There are no butler suites or a spa at this resort. There are hair and makeup services for weddings though. The Pier restaurant is highly recommended and they just completed remodeling several rooms at this resort. If you are looking for a more personal touch yet still have great options by transferring to the other resorts, this is a great choice. Recommended for honeymoons, romantic getaways and weddings.

There are four fantastic restaurants at Sandals Halcyon. Among these is the famous Pier Restaurant that dramatically extends out over the ocean. The Pier remains true to its reputation as the island’s most impressive dining experience. Mario’s offers some incredible flavorful Italian dishes, while the indoor/outdoor Bayside offers a vast array of international choices. There is also the relaxing Beach Bistro beachfront grill that offers casual dining where you don’t even have to get out of your swim suit. Also remember that when you stay at one Sandals you can eat at all of them, so you end up having access to 21 gourmet restaurants in all when in St. Lucia.
